yep, got hacked and they cleared out everything. took all my items on me, and everything in my stash. found this forum post http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/5270830019?page=16, and apparently it is happening to everyone, so if you havent been yet, i would suggest a change of password.
i bought an authenticator, so i dont have to deal with this again (at least with blizzard).

Lovely. Let me have 15 minutes with the hacker. 
I was using the authenticator app on my phone but when something happens to the authenticator it is a massive PITA to get around. Blizzard wanted me to email them a government ID to prove who I was. Luckily I got the app working and deactivated the authenticator. Then changed my password to 16 characters upper, lower, number using Lastpass. But will go change my password just in case.

I have an actual physical authenticator so had no problems. Don't know why more companies, especially those like blizz, don't do the rift system of doing things.

ok, so i got a rollback and all my stuff back. i am still waiting to receive my authenticator, though. should be here in a few days, i guess.
