In the subject line, please put your character's name / level / class. Also put transfer if you are transferring from another server. This form is for applying publicly, making a new post and having it in the recruitment forums. 1: Your character's name/level/class.

2: Your real-life first name, age, and sex.

3: Your normal playing schedule (be specific, we raid 5ST - whenever we're done), and what time zone you are located in (PST, EST, etc).

4: Do you have Ventrilo and a mic?

5: Your previous WoW experience? (On this server, and/or your previous server)

6: Your previous guilds? And reasons for leaving the guild(s) you were in.

7: Friends with any members? Any sponsors?

8. What are your available professions?

9. What is your current spec? (ex: Prot, Resto, Holy, Ret[]) Would you be willing to respec if it would benefit the guild?

10. Are you attuned for Karazhan? Are you attuned to SSC (Serpentshrine Caverns) or what part are you on?

11. Please list what factions you are revered with for heroics.

12. Would you be willing to sit out for members that have been in the guild longer than you have? No complaints? Do you understand that being a new member will not guarantee a raid spot?

13. Do you understand you will not recieve loot until you've shown up to a significant amount of raids or have contributed enough to the guild? No emo loot whores allowed.

14. What kind of gear do you have? Must have nice 65+ blues from the new instances. Must provide a link to your armory here.

15. If you could describe yourself in 3 individual words, what would they be?

16. Are you able to farm your own consumables and for the guild? You must bring your own pots, a significant amount.

17. Are you willing to wipe multiple times on bosses and not complain about a repair bill? We want members who care about progression to the fullest and are willing to spend hours learning a fight.
