Making my own post on LotrO so I don't fill everyone else's with my ramblings.
Finally after years being stuck in North Downs Crushmore my Champion has moved on to the Trollshaws. So frickin glad to be done with North Downs. Having reworked my hotbars a bit plus simply playing more I am getting settled in with my Champion and his damage has gone up. Also realized that I needed to pick a specialization or two and get some points into them which helped as well. Same deal with Skirmish I realized my Archer was several levels behind and needed upgrades. After all that Skirmish have become easier. Also at some point got a bunch of rewards one of which was a new horse that is twice as fast as my Bree Starter Pony. Whoo hoo!
So I am in LotrO for the next three months. We shall see where it goes from here and whether I stay longer or not.

A second night of very little lag has made playing quite fun even though at the moment I am running all over Rivendell. I have met Frodo, Bilbo, Gandalf, along several others. Interesting to see how they weave you into the story. Also a lot nicer having a 68% horse compared to a 32% horse.
