GW2 - Professions

Much like TSW I have not kept up with GW2 since due to account issues I had no intention of playing GW2. With the account issue resolved and my pre-ordering I figure it is time to decide a Profession. I am really leaning towards Engineer as I love turrets and Tactician was a fav in AC2 and my Engineer in Warhammer got a lot of playtime. Guardian or Warrior next on the list. Mesmer is a rather tempting class as well.

First choice for me thought is Engineer.
