This post will orient you on Guild Launch features and answers the most often asked guild site Admin questions. If you have additional questions please visit our support forums at http://support.guildlaunch.com/ and specifically our FAQ forum
Site Customization
Templates, Header, Guild Name, etc.
Nearly all options for customizing the template and look and feel of your site are available on the 'Styles & Templates' tab in the Admin area of your site.
Menus and Navigation
The primary navigation links (Forums, Rapid Raid, PvP, Guild Roster, etc.) can be added, removed and edited on the 'Sections, Links & Pages' tab in the Admin area.
Widgets
Widgets can be added, removed and configured by clicking the Widgets link at the top right of the page to activate the Widget editing mode. In addition, widgets can be added, removed, and moved on the 'Sidebar Widgets' page on the 'Content' tab in the Admin area.
News Posts
The post you are reading right now is an example of a News Post and is part of the Guild News widget. With this widget any Announcement post made in a selected forum is shown on the Guild News widget. When your site was created we automatically added a Guild News widget to your homepage and selected the News forum as the source of posts.
You can configure the forum the posts come from, the number of posts and other options using the 'Configure Widget' link at the bottom of this post.
You can remove this post from your homepage by clicking the 'View Post' link at the bottom of this post and then clicking the 'Edit' button on the post and changing the post from an 'Announcement' to a 'Normal' post on the 'Post topic as' line.

Recruiting, Applications & Adding Members to Your Site
Your guild application and new applications can be edited 'Recruiting' tab in the Admin area.
All members, whether members in-game or not, must submit an application to the guild to get access to the guild site. If you configure a Launch Code they can bypass the actual application, but they must go through the application process and submit the Launch Code.
All applications are entered by clicking the 'Apply' to guild link on the upper left of the sidebars of the site.
