Yes I have Ventrilo and I do have a mic.

I have played many characters. My first character was a level 60 druid, then a level 60 mage, then level 60 warrior, level 60 priest and now a lvl 70 warlock.

6: Your previous guilds? And reasons for leaving the guild(s) you were in.
I have been in Exiled, which sadly broke up. Then I joined Massacre which is a great guild filled with great people. They invited me as they needed locks for Kara. Sadly I dont get to run Kara that much with them.

7: Friends with any members? Any sponsors?
Zanpakuto is my main sponsor, but I have partied with many other people from Atrocity.

8. What are your available professions?
I am 375 mining and 375 Jewelcrafting

9. What is your current spec? (ex: Prot, Resto, Holy, Ret[]) Would you be willing to respec if it would benefit the guild?
6 / 44 / 11 and I am willing to respec if needed.

10. Are you attuned for Karazhan?
Yes

11. Please list what factions you are revered with for heroics.
All factions. I have all heroic keys.

12. Would you be willing to sit out for members that have been in the guild longer than you have? No complaints? Do you understand that being a new member will not guarantee a raid spot?
I understand and accept this.

13. Do you understand you will not recieve loot until you've shown up to a significant amount of raids or have contributed enough to the guild? No emo loot whores allowed.
I understand and accept this as well.

14. What kind of gear do you have? Must have nice 65+ blues from the new instances. Must provide a link to your armory here.
I have high level blues and 5 epics raging from arena epics to crafted epics.

15. If you could describe yourself in 3 individual words, what would they be?
Dedicated, punctual, easy-going.

16. Are you able to farm your own consumables and for the guild? You must bring your own pots, a significant amount.
Absolutely.

17. Are you willing to wipe multiple times on bosses and not complain about a repair bill? We want members who care about progression to the fullest and are willing to spend hours learning a fight.
Absolutely.

19. Tell us why you'd like to join and what you can offer to Atrocity.
PVE progression is something I would like to experience, and finding the right guild for progression in PVE and even PVP requires people who have the same goals in mind. I feel that Atrociy has the player base, and the right attitude to accomplish these goals not only that I have, but that they have set for the guild as a whole.
