To post an image:
upload the image to a server (www.photobucket.com, for example) and take the Direct Link from it.
Click the button above that looks like a globe (kinda...) that says "image" when you hover over it, paste the Direct Link text after the "{img}" that appears in brackets in the post, then click the button again to close the img link out.
You'll have something like this (only instead of "{" you'd have "["):

{img}www.yoururlhere.com{/img}[/img]
