Basically with all the personal or social reasons for it, this guild is impossible to run with the current strata of guild attendance, some of you will show up more now that i say it some won't change at all. all i ask is that you let me know with an in game message what is going before you go afk 3 days or are unavailable for the night, if you want to prove to me that you are worthy keep me informed or else you risk being sidelined or possibly looking for a new guild. i'm interested in content, i don't play almost everyday to risk having it being wasted on the impudence of discrepancy. its disrespectful to me and the people who work so hard to get time to play. if you think i'm being harsh well think all you want, i'm not here for anyone but the success of the guild i'm not going to be weighed down by complainer's, or no-shows.
if you want to find another guild who raids darkshore once a week gtfo, let the recruitment begin. i took the liberty to change this weeks raids to 8:30 and reduced the karazahn groups from 3 to 2. depending on turnout ill see what to do about thursday.

Monday: 8:30 server time
Tuesday: 7:30 server time
Wednesday: 8:30 server time
Thursday: 7:30 server time
Friday: no raid
Saturday: 7:00 server time
Sunday: 7:00 server time

if you have any problems please list it below. unless there is some grievace mistake this will be our schedule.



You say you want to do all raids at 8:30 now. I was thinking about a raid schedule and thought I would post this to see what you thought.

Monday: 8:30 server time {Raiding Gruul’s to work on Gruul the Dragon Killer}
Tuesday: 8:30 server time {Raiding Kara tonight until Opera Event is finished}
Wednesday: 8:30 server time {Raiding Kara tonight until Netherspite is dead}
Thursday: 8:30 server time {Raiding Gruul’s until High King Maulgar is dead then finish Kara if needed}
Friday: no raid {have fun good job raiding}
Saturday: no raid {have fun good job raiding}
Sunday: 7:00 server time {Raiding Gruul’s to work on Gruul the Dragon Killer}

We put a final boss to shoot for each day to keep us on track, if we get to that boss fast we can go on if the raid would like.


I have posted something like this before, but I just think having a goal to shoot for will drive people and then they don't need to worry about raiding so late. I mean are group did everything but Prince {got the fucker to 1%} in 2 days. With a scheduled raid each day that opens up 1 more day of free time for use on the weekends and wouldn’t you guys like that? I know I would. I think the two groups that get picked need to be honest with everyone to make sure the groups are solid and then we don’t need to worry about not achieving are goals. The people in these groups need to be 110% dedicated to clear this shit and not waste other people’s names. I know this past week was a bitch for raiding and why? No communication with members and people that doesn’t care about progression. Anyways before I get in an uproar I thought I would post this, I think im the only one that posts other idea’s….why doesn’t this guild post stuff on what they think, the leaders wont get mad at you…..
