They're older now (almost a year old).


Sida (short for 'Sida al-Hurra', a 16th century Moroccan woman pirate).



Sida with her sister Kuno (short for Kunoichi, which is used to indicate a female ninja although I don't think that's the literal translation)



The way Kuno's tail is curled up here like a huksy's is pretty much the way she always carries it.




So yes, in a crafty way, I named my cats Pirate and Ninja. (This was to placate the Boys who wanted me to literally name them Pirate and Ninja.) So there you go, Des!!
