Questions about Raid Schedule

Well I came into work today and had a meeting with stuff getting changed around. We new about it just didn’t know the time it would be told to use. So here it goes. The raid schedule start time is great for me; the only bad part is you guys raid till like 1 or 2 am my time and my hours got changed to work at 4am. Now this is where it gets complicated. I work 2--days off 2 days--work weekend--off next 2 days--work next 2 days--off the weekends. So some days I will be able to raid that late but those days I have to work ill be shortened...is this a problem? I will go until 11-12 server time depending on what we are on. I REALLY hope this doesn’t hurt
me, now this will only be until May 5th and that is when I’m getting let go....being outsourced to Indians. I really hope i can still off tank / hope to become a reliable main tank for you guys. I just thought I would post this....more pissed about losing my job, but what can you do are big wigs want to save a buck or two and make a million or two so why not cut 350 jobs. FUCKING ASSHOLES!!! Anyways you can still count on me, even if i have to tough it out and stay for the full run. Sleep is for the weak anyways right. So my question is do you think each raid day we can have a scheduled boss to kill. I mean like Tusday kill all the way to ??? then wednesday kill to ??? Just thought this might be a good idea b/c it would cut on the long raids and might even help out others to raid more as well.Please hit me back on a reply to this.

What do people think of a raid schedule like this?

Sunday: 7:30 server time (kara kill to ???)
Monday: 7:30 server time (Finish Kara)
Tuesday: 7:30 server time (start of a new kara kill to ????)
Wednesday: 7:30 server time (Kara kill to ????)
Thursday: 7:30 server time (Gruuls Lair)
Friday: no raid
Saturday: no raid

I just thought i would bring this up for another idea for a raid schedule. I just think more people would show up for raids if you have a set goal each day and not so long of a raid night. This will cut down on the late night raids when people have to work in the morning, and you have a full week to complete the zones so why not break it up, and if you get to the set goal just ask the raid if they want to go more or stop. Looks like people read this post but no insight, please post your comments about agree or disagree.
